Visit the 3M Car Care Auto Fair This Weekend
Amazing cars, celebrities and a 'who's who' of NASCAR personalities will attend this year's 3M Car Care Auto Fair at Michigan International Speedway on August 18-19. Special guests schedule to appear include: Jimmie Vaughan, Jack Roush, Ray Evernham, Courtney Hansen, Larry McReynolds, Robin Pemberton and Sam Memmolo, along with NASCAR drivers Greg Biffle, Kasey Kahne, Scott Riggs, Michael Waltrip, Elliott Sadler, Paul Menard, Matt Kenseth, J.J. Yeley and Todd Kluever.

The 3M Car Care Auto Fair is free to race fans and will be open Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held in the AAA Motorsports Fan Plaza behind the track's main grandstand. Top 3M Car Care product experts will be on hand both days to address customer questions on car restoration, maintenance and performance.

"The 3M Car Care Auto Fair has assembled an outstanding group of A-List guests scheduled to appear throughout the weekend," said Greg Klausen, business manager, 3M Car Care. "From musicians to NASCAR team owners and television personalities, the 3M Car Care Auto Fair has turned into a great event for the family and a premier fan event on the NASCAR circuit. Not only do will fans get to see great cars, but they'll also learn car care tips from 3M Car Care experts and experience first class entertainment."

Scheduled to appear:

• Jimmie Vaughan, blues musician. Vaughan will perform on the 3M Car Care main stage at noon on Saturday and Sunday. He also will have his 1954 Crown Victoria, which he personally restored, on display.

• Jack Roush, owner of Roush Fenway Racing. He became the first NASCAR Cup Series owner to field a five-car team in 1998, and to date has compiled over 300 career victories. Roush will also have several cars on display from his private collection.

• Ray Evernham, President and CEO of Gillett Evernham Motorsports. Gillett Evernham Motorsports currently fields three NNCS teams and one NBS team. Evernham will also have several cars on display from his private collection.

• NASCAR Drivers Greg Biffle, Kasey Kahne, Scott Riggs, Michael Waltrip, Elliott Sadler, Paul Menard, Matt Kenseth, J.J. Yeley and Todd Kluever will all be featured on the main stage.

• Courtney Hansen, star of "Destination Wild" on Fox Sports Net, car care expert and author, will appear on stage throughout the event and will be showcasing her tricked-out Ford Thunderbird.

• Larry McReynolds, FOX broadcaster and legendary NASCAR crew chief. As a crew chief McReynolds recorded 23 NASCAR Winston Cup wins, 21 pole positions, 122 Top five finishes and 209 Top 10 finishes.

• Robin Pemberton, Vice President of Competition for NASCAR's three national series. He is most well-known for his work as a premier crew chief in the NNCS, where he fielded cars for Rusty Wallace, Mark Martin and Kyle Petty. In 17 years as a crew chief in NASCAR's premier series, Pemberton's drivers won 23 races, posting 250 top-10 finishes.

• Sam Memmolo, host of "Two Guys Garage" on Speed, will host the 3M Pro's Corner Stage.

• Doug Rice, President of Performance Racing Network (PRN), and co-anchor on PRN race broadcasts since 1994. PRN also produces numerous other motorsports-related programs including "Fast Talk," "PRN's Garage Pass" and "The ALLTEL Pit Reporters."

• Krista Voda, pit reporter for NASCAR on FOX. Voda also covers the NFL and college football for the network. She started the year covering The Cotton Bowl, alongside legendary broadcaster Pat Summerall. Voda returns this year as the pre-race host for the NCTS on Speed.
